Starting her online career in Network Marketing, she was quickly immersed in the challenge of effectively building a personal brand. With hundreds of thousands of people offering the same product at the same price, standing out from the crowd became a necessity. Failing fast and learning faster, within 12 months Rosie had become one of the top leaders within the company.
It was a logical next step for her to teach brand strategy and support others in building successful, leading personal brands using social media. Since 2018, she's been working with ambitious founders, supporting them in building and growing authentic personal and business brands that get them Seen, Heard & Loved by their dream clients.
Her company, Brand by Design offers brand strategy, design, content creation, and social media management - so there's no denying they know a thing or two about transforming what makes someone unique into an online presence that generates income and impact. Building a brand, she believes, is more than just a great logo, it’s about understanding who you are and crafting compelling content which communicates that effectively to your audience, converting casual scrolls to follows and ultimately, to payments & booked out offers.
Like many women, Rosie was pushed out of the traditional workplace after having her first child and later experienced the loss of her family home during a divorce. She firmly believes that women must take responsibility for their own financial stability, regardless of what life throws at them - and knows without a doubt that no matter what you’re doing, the most effective way to achieve this is by building your personal brand.
