By booking your place for the Amplify & Connect workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Event Details:

Ticket Pricing & Payment Options:

Early Bird Ticket: £120 (available until 26th April).
Payment Plan: Two payments of £65 are available if you book before 26th April. The first payment is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be charged 30 days later.
Standard Ticket Price: After 26th April, the ticket price will revert to £120.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made online by Card payment (stripe)

What’s Included:

Unlimited tea, coffee, and soft drinks throughout the day.
A toastie and cake (or similar) for lunch.
Access to both sessions of the workshop: AMPLIFY (Brand Clarity & Visuals) and CONNECT (Social Media Strategy & Content Creation).
Workbook and materials to help implement what you’ve learned.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations: You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the event and receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 7 days of the event, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund due to the limited number of spaces available.
No-Shows: If you do not attend the event without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Postponement: In the unlikely event that the workshop is postponed, all ticket holders will be notified immediately. You can either choose to attend the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

Transfers:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 48 hours before the workshop. Please notify us of the name change via email.

Liability:

We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during the event.

Workshop Content:

By attending the workshop, you agree to allow us to take photographs or videos of the session for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before the event.

Event Changes:

We reserve the right to make changes to the event format, content, or schedule. Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees promptly.
